PRIVATE ROOM RENTAL

The private room at our Italian Village Brew Pub is an intimate space best suited to small groups who want a designated space for a sit-down meal, a small gathering of friends, or a business meeting.  

 

 The room is approximately 18.5 feet long by 12 feet wide and has a formal dining table that can seat 12 comfortably.  A sliding barn-style door offers privacy from the remainder of the brew pub, and groups using the room will have a dedicated server to manage food and drink orders. 

Have a large group? Consider using our Worthington Taproom for your event. 

 

Room rental is currently only available during normal business hours. 

 

Moderate decorations are allowed; please do not use pins, nails or tacks on the walls. If you wish to hang something on the walls please review your plan and methods with our event organizer before your event. No decorations are to be hung on the mural wall at the back of the room. Please no glitter or confetti. 

If you prefer, you can play your own music and video imaging during your event. The room contains a large TV with HDMI and Wifi for presentations or music streaming. You can bring in your own portable speaker or other small device as well.  

 

JUST WANT TO MEET UP WITH FRIENDS?   

The private room is only available by reservation for a fee.  All tables in the main Brew Pub are first-come-first-served. We are unable to hold or reserve seats at these tables at this time. 

  

RENTAL RATES:  

Note: there is a minimum rental time of two hours. Guests are allowed ½ hour before and after reserved time for set up and clean up. 

Sunday - Wednesday - $75/hour  

Thursday, Friday, Saturday - $100/hour  

 

RESERVATION PAYMENT:  

A deposit of half the rental fee is required to confirm your reservation. The remainder of your rental fee is due at the time of your event. All fees can be paid with either cash, card or check. Deposits will be forfeited if a cancellation occurs within 3 days of the scheduled event.  

  

DRINKS:  

All drinks must be ordered via your designated server. We do not require a drink minimum.   

You can start a group tab for your guests or have them be responsible for their own drinks. If you plan to pay for your guests' drinks, we ask that a responsible party provide a credit card at the start of the event to track your tab. (We pre-authorize your card once at the beginning and hand the card back right away.)   

Standard pricing for tastings and pours applies. Beer offerings and pricing will vary based on the season. A current draft and pricing list will be provided to you for budgeting purposes.  

Rentals do not include gratuity for your server or bar staff. Please don’t forget to tip! 

  

FOOD:  

Outside food or drinks are not allowed in the private room; the exception is celebratory cakes/desserts. Our staff is happy to answer questions and to find something on our current food and drink menus that will satisfy your party. If anyone in your party has allergies or special dietary requests, please notify the event organizer and/or your server ahead of time.
